I see the heavy relentless BOD bashing (current and past) used as a method to keep the price down for buying cheap shares to help offset the cost for a future or an existing license purchase. Once the licencing dam breaks and all doubt about the MMP is removed, the BOD bashing will end, not because the BOD is doing a great job or not, but because the infringers' bashing campaign will have run its course. Daytraders looking for pennies will be the only ones bashing at that point and their effort will pale in comparison.

The infringers have nothing to lose and lots to gain at this point by keeping the DD focused elsewhere other than on what PTSC investors mostly need, such as the reex's, re-certs, litigation settlements, licencing and contracts.
