Why the distraction? To keep the price down for as long as possible. The infringers want to accumulate as long as possible before they have to inevitably pay up. That makes sense to me....at least more sense than trying to change the BOD.

Egg - it doesn't really make sense to me. Based on the volume, it doesn't appear that anyone is accumulating - especially multi-billion dollar corporations.
