As many have stated better than I could ever.....If ptsc just put all the money in a bank account, we all would be better off.

What makes the current BOD qualified to run the company? First and foremost the BOD have a fiduciary responsibility to it's shareholder. I am not sure if the current BOD has done that to date.

I really don't want to go negative on the BOD, but I can't just sit idle by reading "what can the BOD do" comments. If the BOD does not know ...then they should not be there!
