Debbie, For some reason I can't seem to send a pm. I was dissapointed to read that he does not really want the job. If you remember correctly, I was the one who suggested him the other day simply b/c I knew that he is a large SH and asked really good questions during the meetings. I was pleased to read that he that has the shareholer's interest at heart and is willing to fight for us. I would like to suggest that we try to set it up where he can actually communicate with us otherwise it will be the same situation as it was with biajj. biajj fought for this co. and us for years and continues to do so in the only venue that he has available to him at this time--it is ashame what the BoD did to him.
