With respect to the 336, wouldn't it be fairly obvious if there were two separate clocks in a microprocessor system? I believe there limited uses for a second clock other than the 336 benefit.

Anyhow there are 3 other MMP patents involved in the litigation besides the 336. Are you unsure whether Sirius infringes on any of the 4 patents? Or are you unsure about our capability to prove it in court?

Just trying to grasp what it is that you are unsure of.
