Sirius settlement question

At this point, do we know for sure that the outcome was positive for Patriot?

Not trying to be negative, I just want to know if there is a possibility that the "settlement" was not in our favor --- maybe infringement was not provable even with the '336 news?

Trying to decide to buy more shares or wait until news and quarterly report.
