It is my understanding that once the 2 month period passed, Henneman was free to provide that IDS communication w/o the third party rebuttal concern. He already had two months to write it, why did he need more time? Reexam ordered 11/14. Add two months and we are at Jan 14th. The IDS was filed March 2nd.

Perhaps it is you who is arguing for the sake of arguing?
