Can't believe you actually said that. You don't think the patent/patent application owners don't ask him to agree not to discuss what he is doing with anyone other than the USPTO and the owners. Wow, that would be something if there are no such agreements in place.

In any case, logic would lead most to believe that he isn't going to say anything publicly which might truely infuriate the people that he must deal with every day. He is working on other applications and reexams for us and others. For him, there is more at stake than this one reexam. What would you want him to say? That the reexam should never have been ordered? He did that. That the facts as to why there is no SNQs were clearly in front of the examiner? He did that. What else do you think he might be able to say publicly w/o ruffling feathers to his personal detriment?

So, even though I have not told you whether or not I contacted Henneman, I trust you are able to deduce the answer from what I've said. But until you see proof, you may choose to believe differenly from what logic tells is the case.
