You are free to ask, but surely you realize the questions are out of order. That is as politely as I can say it.

I believe the facts warrant the situation be urgently corrected, because of the appearance that it gives the public. It matters little if there are acceptable explanations. If no explanations are provided by the USPTO the appearance is just as daming. Well, IMHO anyway.

You are free to believe whatever you want to believe. I'm not trying to convince you or anyone else of my beliefs. I simply post them and let others take what they wish. Some however are not satisfied with just saying they disagree, but choose to discredit the poster.
