I've felt that whoever requested the reexam was trying to appeal the previous reexam by Pubat. We all know that is a no, no. But, yet here it is, and what else would you call it.They cannot appeal an exparte reexam decision.They are certainly attempting to usurp the system thru the reexam process no less.. It has been in the works since Aug. 2009. Big money has big influence. Whenever we get thru this log jam the dam is going to burst.
