What I find interesting/strange is the appearance of TPL at the SHM.
It seems there was no problem until January, but in the following months something must have shown up.
Was it Flowers who detected it or Baroni (assuming he investigated more than only PDSG) or what has transpired?

I'm quite sure it is not a simple black & white/bad & good thing here, you have to admit that TPL at least was able to bring in a quarter of a billion $$$ from the MMP, and I still can't understand why the Leckys are damaging/jeopardizing their one an only revenue source.
