I agree, there are some things the BOD could not have forseen. But, they have made more than their share of mistakes. We were in information overload while the price was ascending to $2.00. Then once Swartz bailed it convienently got quiet. Pohl retired to other director jobs. And we began a downward spiral. Good thing Swartz is a Christian businessman or we would have really been screwed. LOL
