In my post I emphasized the hopeful impact of the forwarded email (to the re-exam "overseers") being from Bahr, a high level person within the PTO. What I failed to emphasize was the fact that attached to that email was the text of Opty's letter to the Director of the USPTO. So they have the potential of follow-up inquiries from not only Bahr, but also awareness of possible attention from the Director's office. A possible double whammy "threat" if action isn't taken.
I'm hopeful that these emails prompt action, but am not holding my breath....
Again thanks to Opty, who was the primary "mover and shaker" on this endeavor.
