For or against the BoD

Shareholders are divided on this topic. So be it. As far as I know, there is no SEC investigation. There is no law suit against the BoD. What has been proposed, however, is to seek advice from an attorney who understands corporate governance.

What I would like to know is this: Who is against the idea of changing the by-laws to reflect:

1. term limits for directors (retroactive which may require immediate termination of Faulk, Felcyn and Johnson)

2. change plurality to majority voting

Why are you against it.
