You can't ask people to donate money to give to an attorney without asking the attorney to investigate specific stuff. Well, I take that back. You could, but I doubt any money will be forthcoming.

Now Ease has suggested that the area to investigate is how to change election of the BOD. All I'm asking is whether that is the question we want answered, or something else? What is going to be investigated?
