I have no personal knowledge of a specific plan of action nor do I have a plan in mind.

I do believe that the voting sytem needs to be changed and perhaps a few other things. By that I mean specifically; term limits and compensation limits. These might also be addressed in "The Plan" which of course, would be a plan recommended by a competent legal attorney.

Remember...I am not hinting at any wrong doing by any member of the BoD other than to say I believe it is wrong for any of them to have collected money for so many years and done nothing to return value to me personally. My idea of a plan is simply to change the bylaws. If, however, evidence of wrong doing by any BoD member is ever brought to light, I would expect that there would no longer be anyone posting the merits of such BoD members.
