I agreed, until I remembered that I've forecasted similar rosy outcomes repeatedly over the past 3 years. With cash flow hemorrhaging, PTSC may be in trouble with common problems. I've seen this before with other investments.

But then again, I've been wrong about PTSC for 3 + years.
