BUT TD, how in the world can we capitalize on a re-cert if we are busy fighting TPL vs PTSC? I hope there is a way we can buy all of TPL patents and then sell the bundle of patents as Alliacense seem to be doing. Maybe we could merely own majority interest and pay TPL a percentage. Hopefully they come up with a working solution
