Who owns the data generated by Alliacense? (PTSC paid for half, PTSC owns half)

And then your assumption that all parties are going to throw their hands in the air and walk away from the MMP. A bit in conflict with was ease has been saying - like the opposite.

And the always ignored reality of the situation - what will likely happen with positive PTO action on the '336?
