  1. Tpl is bancrupt and cannot prosecute our patents
  2. Tpl has blown through 100mm dollars in 4 years
  3. Tpl can not manage their money
  4. PTSC is taking our money and giving it to TPL for 2 reasons
  5. 1st is to try and prosecute
  6. 2nd is under the guise of fighting patent reform

If this is not bad news them what is??????????
