You stated "We know the team is cash starved". You made no reference to WHEN they were cash starved, other than with the word "is". Everybody knows the meaning of the word "is" - with one exception - it means "now".

And I think you are pointing out the obvious in your reply. I think it's safe to say that there were probably money concerns at the time the arguments for venue change were presented. Whether this was the compelling reason for those arguments is highly questionable IMO. There was ongoing, similar litigation in process in CA at the time. That was the argument. And it was logical to request the change based purely on that.

And you question why people vote their thumbs up a certain way. Perhaps the above provides you with some basis for reconsidering your conclusions. I suspect the "morons" you criticize were capable of recognizing the above - while you were not.
