Why don't you suggest to the judges in the California court system to transfer the case to Texas like we wanted to and like we requested? Perhaps they will listen to you and reverse themselves?

You seem to have some difficulty understanding that the case in California is going forward. You either have two separate venues litigating the same thing, or you have just one in California. There is not other choice. But you are free to think there is.
