I believe you are neglecting that TPL/PTSC countersued (counterclaims) against Barco on the '336 and one other patent ('749?).

I'm open to correction, but I thought that the counterclaims were what remained of the suit with Barco, and I thought that if there had been a settlement, it would have to do solely with the counterclaim patents. Remember my post about negotiation strategy, taking the bone of contention ('584) off the table so the focus could be directed to the other issues at hand?
