I agree the Barco case is over. We just don't know it yet.

This event, if it has happened, could be strategically released in our battle against HTC and Acer.

As I recall, there are some key dates in their case coming up in Feb. and March; that could provide opportunities for us to further pressure those two companies with a timely Barco settlement news release.
