The control I was referring to is at the BOD level. As currently constituted, the 3 amigos cotrol the B.O.D. If a new QUALFIED CEO were to be brought in, he would need to overcome that. History proves to me that is an obstacle. Hope that is clearer.

Secondly, while on the surface, it would appear that Goerner is responsible for the Crossflo deal. However, keep in mind that the search for acquisition targets was underway BEFORE Goerner came on board. Unless one has inside info, one can't be certain if Goerner selected Crossflo or if Crossflo was assigned to Goerner.

I'm not saying that's the case, but if you look at Goerner's record prior to PTSC vs. this BOD's record prior to Goerner, I don't think it's as obvious as you imply.
