"Company performance moves the SP .....period."

Uh, come again. Ever see a bulletin board company selling in the dollars while losing money. Remember when Amazon was trading in the tens, if not hundreds of dollars, while they were losing billions of dollars. Many factors can affect the share price - expectations, investor perception, etc. Ever hear an analyst talk about a stock being "out of favor". Ever hear of a stock being hot because it's in the right industry at the right time? Ever see a stock, especially a bulletin board stock, being volatile because of stock promoters?

You think message boards don't affect investor perception? Then why are we here? Oh, to share information? Hah. That stopped being the case a long time ago.
