I am reminded of Clint Eastwoods' famous line... "A mans got to know his limitations". Well if you ever read the AMD contract you would understand that this board has limitations. And it probably is good that they are not involved in any further negoiations. The shame is that they probably realize their limitations and still don't do the honorable thing. All I can say is it's a shame they are not Japanese. The problem would resolve itself.
