Gosh, I guess I'll have to make it really, really simple for you:

What is your true objective in bashing the BoD here when it is exactly the same thing that has been done here periodically FOR YEARS, with equal or greater verve, with no result?

Why are you invested here when it is blatantly obvious that the BoD isn't going to step down under virtually any circumstances, and certainly not out of shame, when it is your belief that as long as they sit the company is doomed and any investment in this company is doomed?

Simple enough?
