Flowers gave the reason for the choice in the PR. You think he'd advise me differently? Let me be perfectly clear:

- I have nothing against Chicago.

- I believe the choice was made for one reason only - to assure minimal attendance. This due purely to predictably foul weather.

- I have a problem with the above, as low attendance implies a minimal voice of shareholder angst/expression of concerns/questions/revolt.

I do hope that you do attend, and that you do express your/our angst/concerns/questions to the extent you feel comfortable. And I hope you report back to this board in as much detail as possible. Our/my dependance on those as yourself who expect to attend is far greater than the norm, where many could provide feedback. In this instance, I strongly suspect attendance will be at the lowest level of the last ten years. The importance of your voice, ears and other perceptive abilities can not be understated, and your participation in that meeting will be greatly appreciated.
