So you believe the that the President and CEO of PTSC, owner of half interest in the MMP patents, and responsible to its retail shareholders, was not ever informed as to what was in the sealed agreement in the J3 settlement.. and instead of stating that he was 'not at liberty to comment on the agreement', he specifically chose to state he did not believe there was anymore money coming from the Js [my paraphasing]..
