I looked up some old posts for you:
I want to interject a personal comment to those here who lace their carefully constructed posts with the word "scam" in them, and include my name (and I'll take the liberty of defending Mr Pohl as well) in their accompanying text. I seriously suggest you take your investment monies elsewhere, perhaps to a company that more closely parallels your own exhibited personal standards of integrity and sincerity.
The announced Licenses and the scrutiny of the audits to date should by now have left the ever present "scam" consideration behind us, even by the more skeptical of shareholders. Planning - Execution - Performance ... these are the scorecards which every management team and BOD should be judged; not by reactions induced through fear mongering or casually tossing around provocative words and sensationalized oneliners

If his role was compromised by not being able to voice his concerns to shareholders, he should have resigned. That he still has not done so is incommensurable with any duty to shareholders, in my very humble opinion - he can't have it both ways without losing credulity

So all of your criticism about him not communicating by default automatically falls on the BOD's shoulders. Seems to me you should be pissed at them for not allowing him to post. He stated this when he went 'offline'.
That is all fact.
Since August 2005 there has been a total silence and suddenly, the Shareholder Representative, has now found a voice to articulate on-going concerns. It is this FACT that is causing questions to be asked, as well as the confusion that no resignation has occurred for these "concerns" to be articuluted much sooner.

I expected my rights, as above, to be represented by the incumbent Shareholder Representative, and this sudden outpouring of what needs be dome implies that my expectations were not met, more so when statements made at the Annual Meetings are considered.
Had there been problems in the past which needed addressing, why did my Shareholder Representative wait until now to raise them? We agree that ALL persons representing shareholders' best interests need to be held accountable for their respective actions/inactions

I am somewhat surprised that the P-Newco arrangement has only now been raised, linked as it is to the Share Repurchase Plan(the enactment of which is a re-enactment of a prior suspended plan, rather than "late"), and the conclusion of greater dilution.
This begs the question of when you resigned as Shareholder Representative, and if not, why not?
