After you first resigned as shareholder rep I remember you basically trying to find any item you could use to bash the company. Anyone can look up those old posts to verify this as I remember a few posters calling you out on it. One of the tiems you brought up was the Preferred Shares. I remember thinking at the time, what is the big deal. First off, you don't know that they will ever be issued. Second, you had no way of knowing whether they would be issued at favorable or unfavorable terms. Well, here we sit, years later, and guess what. Never been issued. But that was certainly an important topic of discussion for you back then. Only people never really bought into it that much, so you eventually dropped it. It was around that time, however, it became apparent to me that you were just trying to dredge up whatever you could. Took me years to figure you out. As teremoto once said, I'm a dim bulb. But evenutally the light does go on.
