You are right, Brian. You are the focus because you bring it here repetitively. Truth is, I agree with some of your assessments. In fact, what if everyone here agreed with you 100%. What does that get us? Nothing, zilch, zippo. So what good does it do to constantly bring it up. After all these years of "taking them to task" what has your beratement of the BOD accomplished. One thing. It puts a stink on this stock when it suits your needs. Bottom line, if it was as tremendous an issue as you try yo make it, you'd sell. Period. No reason to hold stock in a company when you believe the people running it will always turn a positive into a negative.
