Neither company has any need to buy PTSC they got all their bases covered with lic. agreements and they are dirt cheap.

What would be the point in spending more money unless MOORE is going to role over on his claims to patent ownership or Moore has decided to team up with PTSC then they could swing a mighty big sword against the whole industry. That would be the smart thing to do.
