I'm not trying to bait you, but just understand your perspective.

What you're citing is the following trading period listed below, that essentially consists of a pretty steady volume stream on average over the months time (not to mention pretty anemic by total O/S percentages), with a very small but understandable "spike" (if you can really call 1/10th of 1 percent of total O/S change of volume a spike) that correlates to the last few days of the year which most people would attribute to tax selling/buying. To use this period as one with no influence on buying and selling patterns, is simply inaccurate, IMO.

The few posts I went back and read of that time predominately consist of those who have been fed up with the BOD voicing their opinioin yet again due to frustration with the company's for all the obvious reasons, and those who defend the BOD arguing that it's essentially not their fault, not to mention the exchange between you and ease where he essentially rattles your cage and you respond and back and forth.

And if you look at your post, linked below, of the time "exposing" what you suspected was happening at that time, and what positive actions you imply were possibly around the corner within weeks, and then you compare that to what ACTUALLY transpired since, I think the argument can be made that your type of post raising unrealized expectations (even if subtly you might argue) are just as damaging as any that you criticize.

In my opinion, if this is one of the more "obvious" examples of what you're pointing to, and you're talking about a 400K "surge" in volume, and a price fluctuation of a few pennies up or down (not to mention at prices higher than we are today, lol, I think you're argument is pretty weak.
