The link given was one of many suggesting that I believed an SEC investigation as a viable option, not only into price manipulation, be it "pump and dump" or "bash and buy", but also to resolve the persistent FUD so eloquently articulated in your second paragraph.

I'm sure that many have taken the opportunity to already contact the SEC via the links provided in my posts, as well as the current cohort of bashers, so in this respect, I hardly think that PTSC has escaped the attention of the SEC.

I understand that in any investigation, IP addresses could be obtained from both message board hosts and brokers. These could then be correlated to see if any pattern emerges, and in the event of such, if there was any communication between the respective IP addresses(RICO).

For those unsure as to what an IP address is, it is a unique number given to a device which connects to the internet.
