Regarding the MOU - Where does it say Ward "Continues to Oversee"

My recollection is that it indicated his court "retained jurisdiction" with respect to the finalization of the settlement. That implies his involvement ended with the finalization/payment of the settlement monies.

To those MOU "Truthers", please point out where the "continues to oversee" language can be found. Thanks.
