I am less conservative than you..I would not afford any additional grace period..that ship has come and gone..this may be a little knee jerk on my part..but let the hammer drop!!..litigation at this point (unless you are sure that your product does not infringe) would seem to be silly given all of the scrutiny thus far..no?
