It's almost a sure thing that our friend "Swartzy" was selling "big" on postive news. He started this whole trend - and now the market is on to him - investors and traders now sit on their hands when a new signing is announced. In the early days, major selling would happen at the announcement of a new license to a well known company - rest assured it was Swartz selling.

If you had thousands and thousands of shares of PTSC to unload, wouldn't you wait for positive news to sell into? He's got to be done by now (?) Maybe he can post on this board and clue us in?
