Well there seems to be quite a few shares available for sale down here over the past months. Given the pps history, I just can't believe there can be that many shares purchased here or lower, without any knowledge whatsoever of what was being purchased. Anyone looking at the chart does not buy PTSC w/o further looking. So while there are some cheap shares purchased, it is my contention these are not the ones being sold for a loss or very little gain.
