CM and PTSC(given legal clearances)would control 55%
If Moore is to be believed, they each own 50%, with TPL merely managing licensing.
Whatever the current situation, I humbly suggest that PTSC is now in a position of great strength and I look forward to Goerner maximizing any potential to the benefit of PTSC.
