In our appeal, amendments were submitted and we're waiting for USPTO's response if the amendments have put the patent in condition for a re-cert. Of the additional two re-ex requests, one was incomplete and sent back to give the requestor a chance to re-submit with the required missing information and the other re-ex request was denied today.

We're still waiting for a response regarding the '148 (App.#90/008,227) after amendments were made. See INTERVIEW.APP dated 03-27-09. Another re-ex request was made May 29, 09 (App. #90/010,562) and we're waiting for the determination for the request to be ordered or denied.
