Who will lead?

To me the question is who do attack/go after/insert your term here?

Is it USPTO for taking so long? Is it the USPTO for rejecting things for stuff that we think shouldn't be rejected? Is it Leckrone? Is it TPL as a whole? Is it PTSC for not comunicating with us? Is it PTSC for not standing up to Leckrone? Is it PTSC for not standing up to TPL as a whole? Is it anybody and everybody?

I guess what my REAL question is What is the main/core problem here?
