None of this talk will get us anywhere, unless someone takes the lead. Ron has inferred that he is willing to do so. I believe this would be the first step; someone (Ron) needs to step out and say, "This is what should to be done, I'm willing to take the lead".

It is my opinion that if Ron were to do this, most people would be willing to support him (as many have done in the past, including myself).
