Souds like PTSC needs to explore Mr. Moore's position and possibly provide him a foundation from which to go forward, contingent on USTPO results, to circumvent the possible delay over Moore's ownership, and MMP signings........I wonder how 1 million + an R&D factory would fit into RG's current operation until the USTPO and TPL issues hash out......Interesting stuff........
