I must have read something different from you. This is all about the money and little else. When Moore didn't see the money to continue his projects, both at work and at home, he complained. That escallated and he probably treatened to pull the plug. And Leckrone probably said how, since I own the patents. And here we are today.
In any case, until there is clarity on who owns the other 50% of the patents, PTSC's job 1 is to ensure that licensing continues and responses to the PTO continue to be made. How that is done is beyond me. With bad blood between TPL and Moore, I suspect the only talking those two entities are doing these days is through their respective lawyers. How the heck is stuff going to get done?
Perhaps PTSC needs to be given (demands?) some interim additional powers in guiding licensing and the reexams, and overseeing the costs being billed to PDS. I am a bit skeptical that things can continue as if nothing has happened. To keep things moving forward, some people may have to get out of the vehicle and start pushing, if you know what I mean. Opty
