You were a shareholder rep and while in that position said nothing. Then you have a lot of problems with the company right after you resign that position. Why should I trust you. Did you give me a reason? I am sorry I feel this way, but that is how it is. Why would you accept a position of shareholder rep if you were legally obligated to say nothing. I am not blaming you for anything, but I don't trust a thing you say.
