Could Moore and TPL recently settled their differences? Surely, no company like Unisys would sign a license agreement if they knew ownership of patents were being disputed in a lawsuit. Looks like the lack of new licenses last fall was not only influenced by the uncertainty of PTO. AND....would definately influence the direction and attitude of RG.
