The Obvious thing is this sucks ... But what effect this will have on R & D and trying patent inventions... this rule was to stop people from going out and patenting idead that just take logical application... not system engineering... now it will be easier & cheaper to steal design & Ideas... R & D spending will drop.. invoations will drop... and the Good old USA ,which was in the led for innovation, (becuase you where rewarded for it)... we will go right down the old toliet .. we will join our banking system...
