I had to come out of hard core lurk mode to declare your proposition DELUSIONAL. Unfortunately, I suffer from the same delusions - still - though my delusions encompass not only the J3, but also several other licensees since that J3 settlement.

I could go on and on (and on - as most here KNOW) about this. There are IMO an abundance of clues and unexplained circumstances/actions that point at this delusional thought.

But alas, I KNOW nuttin'!

One note about our PPS: I'm convinced that that a negative result with the PTO (that'll drag things out still longer) is currently "priced in" by the market - a market that seems to tend to the negative view. There may be a nice surprise in a few months....

But, again, I KNOW nuttin'!
